Barbara

A big hello! My name is Barbara, and I have way too much fun working here! I get to meet people from all over the world and have the chance to chat and enjoy their visit with us - what a great job I have! I have lived in the fabulous Florida Keys for about 20 years - so I guess you can say that I am almost a native. My husband and I spend a lot time outdoors enjoying our beautiful weather with our six dogs - they sure love to go boating!! Look forward to meeting you - stop by and say hello!!

Bianca

Hi! I'm Bianca. My husband and I moved from Germany to the Keys in 2007. We used to come here on vacation and now we just love living here! We enjoy going out on the water and the nice weather. I first visited Lion's Lair in November 2008 with my parents to purchase a nice Christmas present for me. We all loved everything about this shop: the great selection of swim wear, the wonderful service and the nice staff. I'm so happy that only 2 weeks after this experience I started working here! I hope I'll be able to help our customers have at least such a great time here as I had! In my freetime I do the bookkeeping for my husband's company and try to enjoy the company of my 15 month old niece as much as possible.

Carol

Hello! I'm Carol. You could say that I've worked for Kim (the owner) my whole life. I'm her mom. We have one male staff member who is behind the scenes in the office--Kim's dad. He is the one creating the website, along with a little bit of everything else. I've been lucky enough to have been married to him for over 40 years. I started working here when Kim needed the help. Now, I do it because I love the interaction with the staff and customers. The staff has a team spirit. They work well with each other and give excellent customer service. Our customers hail from all over the U.S. and Europe. Many drop in every time they visit the Keys. We always enjoy welcoming them back.

Kimberly

Hi! I'm Kim, owner and founder of Lion's Lair. I was born in NY, grew up in London, England and moved to the Keys in 1989. I love the climate and the crystal blue waters of the Keys. However, try as I might I just can't squeeze into a standard bikini. So began my quest to create a swim wear store that catered to real women, not just size 5 models. Over the years, personal experience, customer input, and working with receptive manufacturers have resulted in Lion's Lair present selection. We pride ourselves with the ability to professionally fit every body type. There's no need to dress like your grandmother. There's no reason to feel self-conscious. We have the perfect suit for you. Hi, I'm Patty I love working at Lion's Lair! My greatest pleasure is helping our clients find the perfect swim wear and outfits. It is so cool to see how happy our customers are when they find just the right suit! A little about me now, I was raised in West Palm Beach and spent most of my adult life in Atlanta, Ga. I have always worked in sales and customer service but I enjoy my time at Lion's lair the most! I am so happy to be back in the Keys with my son, my sweetheart and all of my new friends at Lion's Lair! Come on in and let us help you find that perfect suit! I promise we will have a lot of fun! Hi, my name is Shannon. I was born in Ontario, Canada but have lived in Key Largo for as long as I can remember. I love the Keys' hot weather, calm atmosphere and people, and the fact that I live right next to the ocean. In my spare time, I wakeboard and love going tubing. I joined Lion's Lair in May of 2008 and absolutely love my job. I work on the shop floor to assist in the proper fitting of women. I enjoy meeting new people at the boutique, and hearing about their hometowns and their journey down to the Keys.

Hi, my name is Susanna and I've been working here at Lion's Lair since May 2009. I love working here and meeting people from all over the world. I'm a native Floridian, and I've been in the beautiful Florida Keys since the year 2000. I enjoy snorkeling, fishing and cooking in my free time. I work on the shop floor so there is a good chance you will see me if you stop by the store!Ê

Hi, I'm Tabathia. I grew up here in the Florida Keys and love it. I have two great kids, a daughter and a son. I have worked for Lion's Lair since 2009. I assist customers with their internet orders and really enjoy it! I can't wait to hear from you!
