Our shipping Policy

In an effort to better serve you, all customers are asked to provide us with their measurements (See Sizing Help) when placing orders. Upon receipt of these measurements customers will be entitled to an $9 credit against shipping charges for purchases over $100.

Shipments within the United States will incur an $9 shipping & handling fee.

Shipments to Canada will incur a $22 USD shipping & handling fee.

All other shipments will be determined on an individual basis.

All Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible fit. Please call us if any item does not meet your expectations. If you wish to make an exchange or a return, you may do so. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and be accompanied by an authorization number.  Items must have all tags intact, and be in new condition, never worn nor laundered. Unauthorized or overdue returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. (Please contact us at 1-800-220-1691 or contact@llswim.com for a return authorization number.) 

If you choose to return more than half of the original items ordered and shipped, there will be a $3 home-fitting fee per item. This gives the opportunity to try-on items in the privacy of your home, while enabling Lion's Lair to continue to provide the level of personal service for which we are known.

An item may be exchanged up to 3 times without incurring a home-fitting fee.  An exchange is defined as an alternate size or style within the same collection. Exchanged items are subject to a shipping charge.

Special orders must be pre-paid, are non-refundable, and do not qualify for discounts or shipping credits.
