Our shipping Policy

In an effort to better serve you, all customers are asked to provide us with their measurements (See Sizing Help) when placing orders. Upon receipt of these measurements customers will be entitled to a $9 credit against shipping charges for purchases over $100.

Shipments within the United States will incur a $9 shipping & handling fee.

Shipments to Canada will incur a $28 USD shipping & handling fee.

All other shipments will be determined on an individual basis.

All Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

We always aim to send you the best size for your build. Once you receive the items we send you, please call us so we can consult with you on the fit. If you need to return or exchange items, this must be done within seven days of receiving your package. Please call us for a Return Authorization number. Items must have all tags intact, and be in new condition, never worn or laundered. A store credit will be issued for all returned items. Refunds will incur a $3.00 restocking fee per item. Overdue or unauthorized returns will result in a 25% restocking fee.  (Please contact us at 1-800-220-1691 or contact@llswim.com for a Return Authorization number)

Exchanged items are subject to a shipping charge.

Special orders must be pre-paid, are non-refundable, and do not qualify for discounts or shipping credits.
